Woodlands at HamptonWoods, located in News Springfield, Ohio, is a brand new, $7.5 million facility.

Designed using the "Clustered Cottage Concept," Hampton Woods consists of four individual "neighborhoods" of resident rooms.

Each neighborhood has resident bedrooms grouped around a living room and staff area. Outside their bedrooms, residents can enjoy a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a family kitchen, and a porch. The porch provides accessibility to a nicely landscaped, secured courtyard, allowing residents safe access to the outdoors.

Woodlands Assisted Living

Woodlands Assisted Living at HamptonWoods is the state-of-the-art answer for those who are somewhere between independent living and residential care.

With its 52 residential units centralizing on a “Main Street” concept, the facility comes the closest yet to recreating the “neighborhood” feel that is the hallmark of the group of health care centers operated by Woodlands LLC.

The commons area of this newest center is an architect-designed rendition of New Orleans’ French Quarter, with vibrant colors and an upbeat theme in which to cluster dining, retail, and service areas.

AustinWoods

Woodlands at AustinWoods is a 160 bed skilled nursing facility featuring an excellent staff and beautiful surroundings. After assuming ownership of Woodlands at AustinWoods in 1996, Dr. and Kathy Prasad immediately began a massive $5 million renovation on the facility. After the completion of that renovation, Woodlands at AustinWoods was awarded Austintown's prestigeous Business Pride Award.

Today, Woodlands at AustinWoods is one of the most attractive skilled nursing facilities in the area. We are recognized in the community for our excellent short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care.
