Woodlands at HamptonWoods, located in News Springfield, Ohio, was designed using the "Clustered Cottage Concept." Hampton Woods consists of four individual "neighborhoods" of resident rooms. Each neighborhood has resident bedrooms grouped around a living room and staff area. Outside their bedrooms, residents can enjoy a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a family kitchen, and a porch. The porch provides accessibility to a nicely landscaped, secured courtyard, allowing residents safe access to the outdoors.
